David Levin Appointed Chairman of the Board

Law Business Research and ALM are delighted to announce the appointment of David Levin as Chairman of the Board. David brings over 30 years of global leadership experience across technology, media and education, and will work closely with ICG and Levine Leichtman Capital Group to support the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth.

David previously served as CFO and COO of Euromoney Institutional Investor plc, where he led the company’s expansion into the US, oversaw multiple acquisitions and launched its exhibitions business. He has since held CEO roles at McGraw-Hill Education, UBM plc, Symbian Ltd and Psion plc, leading major transformations and international expansion efforts.

David has held several board and advisory roles. He has been Chairman of SparkBeyond, an AI company focused on decision intelligence, and is currently a Non-Executive Director at Emerald Holdings (NYSE: EEX). He also advises a number of AI and technology startups and has previously served on the boards of COFRA Holdings, Oxford University Press, and the Press Association.

He holds a BA from Oxford University and an MBA from Stanford University. Earlier in his career, David served as a Second Lieutenant in the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers under a Short Service Limited Commission.
